It turns out that our bodies perform a lot of glucose disposal when we sleep, so sleep is incredibly important for preventing glucose from building up in our bloodstreams. For all its successes, mainstream medicine has failed to make much progress against the diseases of aging that kill most people: heart disease, cancer, Alzheimers disease, and type 2 diabetes. And I religiously do whatever you tell me to do. Im afraid that I havent done a great job.
